Apostle Rolland Owusu-Ansah
Founder and Lead Pastor, Victory Arena International
Apostle Rolland Owusu-Ansah is an Apostle of Jesus Christ and the Founder of Victory Arena International, where he serves as the global lead pastor of all Victory Arena International churches worldwide. He is widely known for his strong prophetic voice and his passion for seeing believers walk in the fullness of Christ's victory.
Early Ministry and Calling
Apostle Rolland's ministry journey began during his university years, where his passion for prayer intensified. He often prayed for long hours without fully understanding the depth of what he was engaging in. A divine turning point came when he encountered a DVD message by Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams titled "The Spirit of Elijah." This message transformed his understanding of prayer, spiritual warfare, and the rules of engagement, igniting a fire that would shape the rest of his ministry.
During this same season, he served actively in the Assemblies of God Campus Ministry (AGCM) as the Lead Prayer Secretary. In this role, he helped raise prayer leaders and taught foundational principles of spiritual engagement with clarity and conviction. His dedication to prayer and intercession opened doors for greater assignments, eventually leading him to the United States of America to continue the work of church planting and ministry development.
Years of Service and Leadership Development
Upon relocating to the U.S., Apostle Rolland faithfully served at Action Chapel Baltimore for eleven years under the leadership of Bishop Cephas Reeves and Dr. Lenita Reeves. During this formative season, he held several key leadership roles, including:

- Follow up and Visitation Leader

These years refined his gifts, deepened his spiritual maturity, and prepared him for the apostolic mandate ahead.

Through his gift of relationship building, Apostle Rolland has connected believers across the world in prayer, unity, and spiritual empowerment. His ministry emphasizes enforcing the victory Christ has won for us through:

In September 2024, by divine instruction, he founded Victory Arena International - a growing global movement centered on prayer, holiness, discipleship, and the demonstration of God's power.
Ordination and Spiritual Covering
Apostle Rolland was ordained into ministry by his spiritual father of over ten years, Bishop Joseph Adongo, who ordained him as a Reverend Minister of Victory Arena International.
Education and Professional Background
He is a graduate of Towson University, where he earned a Bachelor of Mathematics in Risk Management and Actuarial Science. His academic discipline complements his leadership style - strategic, structured, and purpose driven.
Family and Personal Passion
Apostle Rolland is a devoted family man, married to Lady Joana Efua Owusu-Ansah, and together they are blessed with two beautiful daughters.
